Co-owners, Eugene Thalmann and LeeAnna Maniace, started Sprouting Dreams Farm in April 2016. They utilize regenerative agricultural practices on 11.5 acres in Liberty, focusing on growing heirloom vegetables and microgreens.
At the market you can find Eugene and LeeAnna selling:
microgreens, heirloom tomatoes, shishito peppers, kale, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, fresh herbs, lunchbox peppers, garlic, hot pepper, summer squash/zucchini, peas and beans, swiss chard, collard greens, edible flowers, and much more!
