We are family owned and run by a collective of long time friends who came together through their passion in urban farming and sustainability.
Mushrooms are full of unique flavors and textures, are easy and quick to prepare. We have three grow spaces, one in Mattituck, the other in Ellenville, and Crown Heights.
They have a variety of mushrooms at the markets such as shitake, oyster, and more.
